Postage and Packaging
All purchases over £100 are delivered FREE to UK Mainland.
For purchases less than £100 shipping costs are clearly displayed to you before you checkout.
Areas that a charge will be applied to are: Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Skye, Any Other Scottish Islands, Highlands and Internationally.
Please allow up to 7 working days for UK delivery. In the event that your order will take longer than this, we will contact you to notify you of the expected delivery date, and you will have the option to cancel if you wish.
UK Outlying areas
During checkout, you can leave instructions to the courier on what to do if you are not home when they deliver (eg leave with neighbour, leave in shed etc).
We will send you an email when the goods are dispatched and this will tell you when to expect delivery. Large or expensive goods will need to be signed for (unless you entered instructions during checkout).
In the event that the courier is unable to deliver, they will attempt to redeliver the next working day. If repeated attempts fail, there may be a small surcharge for re-delivery.
If there are any visible signs of damage to the packaging, please tell the courier and reject or sign that the goods are damaged.
Our courier regards the following postcodes as being outlying areas. If your postcode starts with these letters, please choose 'Highlands and Islands' as your shipping area.

The shipping costs displayed for international delivery are for major population areas only. Our courier charges a surcharge for delivering to outlying areas. If your address is included on our courier’s outlying area list, we will contact you. We will advise you of the surcharge cost and you will then have the choice to pay the surcharge or cancel your order if you wish.
All products are covered by the full manufacturer's warranty.

Your satisfaction, from purchasing and beyond, is of paramount importance to us.
If you have a problem with your machine during the guarantee period, first of all contact us.
We will assist you in getting the problem put right to your satisfaction.
Depending on the product, we may arrange for it to be collected and returned to us for repair, or we may make arrangements with a local dealer who will fix it at no cost to you. Or we may arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. The important thing is that we will take ownership of any warranty issues, and get things put right for you.
Even if your product is out of warranty, feel free to contact us and we may be able to offer you advice and options.
We would like to point out that all machinery is checked by our own service department before dispatch. Your machine will have a full PDI (pre-delivery inspection) carried out by a qualified technician. This means that you will not take delivery of a machine which is faulty.
If you are not delighted with your purchase you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your purchase, or 14 days from the receipt of the goods (whichever is longer).
In all cases of returns, please email us first to tell us about the issue.
If you receive goods which are faulty, or not as ordered, we will give you the option of a refund or replacement, and we will pay for the return costs of the faulty goods.
If you simply change your mind, then we will still refund the purchase price provided you return the goods in an 'as new' condition, with all packaging and instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items, and you should use a tracked or signed for service to do this. In very rare circumstances our suppliers may charge us a restocking fee for goods we don't normally hold. If you have simply changed your mind and return an item, we may pass on this cost in rare circumstances.
