Where conventional string trimmers are inclined to throw debris over a broad area, Stihl's FH 75 operates more like a hedge trimmer. Shrubs, grass and weeds merely "lay down" after being cut.

Unique gearbox helps protect the unit from concrete pavements and roadways. The FH 75 has a 0° - 90° articulating attachment providing greater versatility in cutting angles, and the shorter blade length gives the operator more control in mowing applications.
