Shindaiwa M242S  22.5 cc Power Unit

The M242S split boom Power Head design allows the operator to quickly change from one attachment to another by simply sliding the attachment shaft into the positive coupler for an easy tool change. Our powerful, light weight, proven 22.5cc 2-stroke 230 series engine provides the power for an assortment of interchangeable attachments.

The Power Head with a 22.5cc 2 cycle petrol engine has a unique coupler and positive engagement with a splined connection (something that most of the competition don't provide).
The Long Reach Hedge Trimmer attachment has 567mm Double Reciprocating Blades, Adjustable Cutting Head with 10 positions through 150° and is complete with ½ shaft.
The Grass Trimmer attachment is supplied with Nylon Head and Goggles.

The Shindaiwa SBA-P24-10 Pole Pruner Attachment converts the Shindaiwa 230PH Petrol Multi-tool System in a 25cm pole pruner, ideal for trimming tree limbs from the ground. Convert the Shindaiwa Multi-Tool System into a 110" pole pruner for cutting the high-up tree limbs while standing firmly on the ground.

Equipped with gear-driven commercial grade oil pump that can easily be adjusted to various settings, which will insure proper lubrication to bar and chain. Bar and chain are mounted on left-hand side of gear case to give the operator a better view of cut.

Every Shindaiwa power tool is backed by a five year warranty for domestic use or a two year warranty for commercial use.  This comprehensive cover ensures peace of mind for the operator.  Registration of the Shindaiwa tool and servicing with an authorised dealer is necessary to validate the warranty.
