The agri fab 45 0365 Let nutrients into your lawn with this do-it-yourself spike aerator. Uses a series of rotating star-shaped tines that slice into the soil to allow seed, fertiliser, water, air, light and nutrients to reach the grass roots. Features a steel weight tray which is designed to hold a concrete block. Aerating should be done when the lawn's moisture content is high.

Tine dethatchers do a gentle job of bringing matted layers of thatch and large clippings to the surface for a healthy lawn. Use De-thatchers in the spring, midsummer and autumn. When mowing without bagging or sweeping, many layers of thatch can build up on the soil’s surface preventing light, air, water and nutrients from reaching the lawns roots. De-thatching will bring life and color back to your lawn. Use an Agri-Fab lawn sweeper for easy removal of thatch and yard waste after de-thatching.

The Agri-Fab W2-45-0369 curved spike aerator slices into the soil allowing water, sunlight, fertilizer & nutrients to reach the grass roots to produce a Super healthy lawn. The turf shark spike wheels provide the perfect amount of penetration and soil plug removal without the mess associated with plug aerators. This unique patented design combines the best features of a plug aerator & a spike aerator. This novel implement cuts slits into the ground to a considerable depth but then also claws out slivers of earth, allowing access for fertiliser, seed, water and air. The scattered earth is much less obtrusive than when you use a plug-type aerator. If your lawn or playing area is particularly compacted or consists of hard soils like clay, removal of earth allows it room to loosen up. This unit has a 40"/102cm working width with 60 curved spikes. It provides up to 3"/8cm aeration depth and has 7"/18cm x 1.5"/4cm.

Agri-Fab 45-0299 Plug-Type Towed Aerator (48” Working-Width)

This plug-type aerator from Agri-Fab is best used in the late autumn or spring, when the moisture content of the turf is at its highest. It employs a set of 32 coring-points (four per-spool) that remove ¾-inch plugs from the lawn, in turn allowing sunlight, air, moisture and nutrients to penetrate the root system, while also loosening-up compacted soil. When undertaken regularly, this process will leave you with an enviably lush and green-looking lawn.

The 45-0292 towed sprayer (15 gallon capacity) is ideal for gardens with 'serious' spraying to be done. This sprayer features a 12 volt, 4 amp spray pump with battery connection leads to connect to your garden tractor. This has a high output of 1.8 gallons per minute. When using the spray boom this unit will cover a width of 80"/203cm but also features a 15"/38cm wander hose to get into those difficult areas (rose bushes, flower beds, etc).

For covering larger areas and more un even ground, the Agri-Fab 45-0293 Pro Sprayer has a much thicker 3/4" steel axle and bigger 14" x 4" pneumatic  tread tyres. This agri fab model has a large sized 25 gallon capacity tank for few stops to refill and output is up to 70 psi / 1.4 gal per min.

The 25 gallon heavy-duty poly tank resists corrosion while gallon markings help determine correct water content when mixing chemicals. The tank also includes a drain which makes flushing easy. This model features a durable 12-volt pump for many years of trouble-free performance and the ample wiring provided allows for easy attachment to tractor battery. A convenient on/off switch on pump prevents draining of tractor battery when sprayer is not in use.

The boom bar at the rear of the sprayer has an adjustable spray width up to 80" and the bars low height reduces spray drift. The adjustable handgun is attached to a 15 foot hose and will spray a jet up to 20 feet. Weight 49 lbs.

The SCH arena maintenance unit will quickly and efficiently level and maintain your synthetic or sand surface menage.

A diagonal cross arm (supplied as standard) clips onto the underside of the frame to "pull in" the build of material that works its way to the "kickboards".

The carrier frame fitted with the firming roller is a new addition to the SCH heavy duty system.
Its purpose is to "firm up" grassed areas in the spring before the heavy growth period commences.

The carrier frame fitted with the heavy duty aerator is an ideal tool for autumn use breaking down the surface of grassed areas, improving drainage and allowing air penetration to the roots.
The two 25 litre ballast containers supplied with the carrying frame, when full, will provide added weight to help penetrate hard surfaces.

Illustrated is the brush attachment being fitted to the carrier frame. The brush attachment will brush into lawns top dressing and lawn sand.
It will also put those much-admired stripes into the lawn.
The picture also illustrates the case in which the different attachments can be changed over on the carrier frame.

Requires the Heavy Duty Carrier Frame

This heavy duty carrier frame must be purchased in order to use the heavy duty attachments. This heavy duty system is built around the carrying frame. The frame consists of the tow bar, weight tray, two transport wheels and two ballast tanks.

As optional extra for the frame is our new frame lifting unit. The main advantages of fitting the lifting kit are:

The carrier frame fitted with the heavy duty moss rake attachment containing one row of spring tines will tease out moss and dead thatch from lawns.
This lighter rake is an ideal unit on finer grassed areas such as tennis courts and finely cut lawns. The rake can also be used for freshening up gravel drives.

The sprayer attachment clips onto the carrier frame. The chemical is carried in the two 25 litre containers supplied with the sprayer. The 12 volt power sprayer pump is powered from the tractor battery.
The sprayer is ideal for applying fertiliser and/or weed killers to grassed areas.  The sprayer is supplied with a wedge nozzle, giving a 915cm (40") coverage and a hollow cone nozzle for manual spraying.
Manual spraying -the trigger lance is ideal for spraying insecticides on fruit trees, shrubs and roses, it can also be used for spraying herbicides onto nettles, docks etc.

Requires the Heavy Duty Carrier Frame

The carrier frame fitted with the heavy duty slitter is an ideal tool to improve drainage and root growth to grassed areas, especially in late spring and wet summers.
Well drained grassed areas will help towards the prevention of moss.
The two 25 litre ballast containers supplied with the carrying frame, when full, will provide extra weight to drive the slitter.
The transport wheels make transportation from the place of storage to the work area an easy operation.

The lute attachment is easily fitted to the Heavy Duty Frame. The lute is a useful tool for levelling soil areas prior to seeding. The lute will level and freshen up sand leaving a smooth level surface. The lute may also be used on gravel drives.
A special adjustable tow bar is supplied to make sure the lute is in a level position when operating.

Requires the Heavy Duty Carrier Frame

This large capacity broadcaster/spreader is a new addition to the SCH range of broadcasters. The machine is mounted on two pneumatic wheels. It is especially useful for spreading road salt on large areas. A heavy duty sieve is fixed into the hopper and a powerful agitator keeps the salt flowing.

A guard is fitted around the spreading rotor to restrict the radius of spread.

The drive mechanism can be disengaged to allow the unit to be towed to the spreading area. A ball or towing clevis can be fitted as required.

Used on a regular basis, the small sorrel roller breaks up any crust that tends to form on the soil.
The small spikes penetrate the surface which allows the air, nutrients and especially water, to start their journey to the roots.
A small roller is attached to iron out any small bumps and to facilitate the transport from the shed to the lawn.
