Reverse Start:This is an assisted start system that starts the engine when the rope is released. This system is unique, simple to use and requires very little effort to start the engine. Clutch
The clutches are manufactured from die cast material and fitted with bonded fibrous linings resulting in significantly reduced heat build-up and longer life. The clutches are larger than competitors for better power transfer to the blades.
Gearbox
The main gear has a larger circumference and greater material thickness for better power transfer to the blades and longer product life. The cams are pressed into the main gear rather than spot welded to provide extra durability.
AHT 230D-S
400mm double blade cutter bar can be adjusted from an angle of -45 degrees to +90 degrees quickly and easily to suit the job in hand.
Two shaft lengths: 723mm and 1450mm
LE Engines
The LE 2-cycle 22.5cc engine is ideally suited for use with extended hedgetrimmers because of its light weight, high performance and low vibration.
Anti-Vibration System
High and low frequency vibration dampening mounts significantly reduce operator fatigue.
Solid Drive Shaft
Driveshafts are precision manufactured from solid steel and polished for optimum performance. Durable bronze bushing reduces vibration and power loss.
Threaded Clutch Drum
Our heavy-duty clutch drum is threaded for durability, eliminating the wear typical of splinded cluth drums.
